What we do
We are specialised in supporting children from 0 to 16 years. A child physiotherapist observes, examines, treats and gives advice.
Most children learn to move naturally on their own. However, with some children the development is slower or deviates from the norm. These children benefit from exercises provided by a child physiotherapist.
In cases where there are physical limitations, a child physiotherapist can help teach the child to move as optimally as possible given the circumstances.
are we here for?
Toddlers & Preschoolers
Optimal motor development is very important for the discovery and development of young children. We can help to stimulate motor skills in a playful way.
School age children
For this age group, 4-12 years old, it’s very important to be able to move and exercise together. In addition, it’s essential to develop good fine motor skills for, for example, writing skills. We can help with this!

will be reimbursed…
Child physiotherapy falls under the basic package and not under the deductible. Your child is entitled to 18 treatments under the basic insurance. With supplementary insurance there is often an unlimited reimbursement.
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) is a comprehensive intervention used by physical and occupational therapists to treat children with gross motor impairments.
Baby wearing consultation
Would you like to try a sling or baby carrier, but have no idea which one is right for you and your child? Our pediatric physiotherapists and wearing consultants are happy to help. Baby wearing consultants show you how to carry your baby and teach you how to tie a sling. This way you always know that you are using the carrier correctly and safely. They are also able to help and advise for special circumstances. For example, if your child was born prematurely, has hip dysplasia or other specific situations.
Baby massage is very easy to learn and a lot of fun to do with your infant. Every baby loves to be stroked, massaged and cuddled.
